This vinegar produced by the traditional fermentation method is used as an ingredient to flavor hot and cold dishes or to sterilize vegetables. However, vinegar is also an excellent aid in the home, effectively and environmentally removing limescale and dirt.

Vinegar produced by the traditional fermentation method is used as an additive in cold and hot dishes, for sterilising vegetables and as an effective ecological household helper for removing limescale. It is recommended to dilute with water in a ratio of 1:8.

It has a milder taste, which makes it especially suitable for use in cold dishes. It is ideal for making salad dressings, but can also be used for marinating meat and seasoning sauces or soups. During production, the alcohol contained in the wine is converted into acetic acid. Thanks to this method of production, wine vinegar retains all the beneficial substances from the original wine.
