Rum Bolivar is named after Simón Bolívar, who is also known as “Venezuela’s liberator and hero”. The rum is distilled using a Column Still from premium local sugar cane, which gives it a real tropical touch. Maturation is through a tropical aging method that intensifies the interaction between rum and wood.

After maturation, cocoa and vanilla distillates are added to the rum to achieve a balanced and delicate taste.
