West Cork Distillery was established in 2003 as a small distillery with big plans. The plans have come to fruition, and today the company produces its whiskys in a distillery with a distillation capacity of 4 million liters of pure alcohol and exports them to more than 70 countries around the world. They want to honor Ireland’s heritage with their traditional whisky production, but also make it accessible to anyone who wants to taste it.
