This year is challenging for everyone. More often than not, we’re looking for ways to create a homey feel-good factor. Especially during the bitter autumn or cold winter. Listen to the frost cracking outside the window, put on your warm socks and enjoy tasty drinks designed by award-winning masters Tomáš Gyén and Marek Klčo, brand ambassadors of ST. NICOLAUS.

This time the master bartenders mixed drinks from the new Nicolaus Vodka Ultra Fine. This is characterised by an even more delicate and delicious taste achieved by longer ageing and access to oxygen. The up to 5-times aeration makes this vodka a smooth and airy drink that is perfect for mixed drinks.

Ultra Mule

Ingredients:

6 cl Nicolaus Vodka Ultra Smooth
juice from a half lemon
Ginger Beer

Garnish:

slice of ginger
lemon peel

Method of preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a serving cup, top with ice and stir gently.

Nicolaus Cinnamon Toddy

Ingredients:

6 cl Nicolaus Vodka Ultra Smooth
20 cl apple juice
1,5 cl cinnamon syrup
1 cl lemon juice
cinnamon and cloves

Garnish:

lemon peel

Method of preparation:

Heat all the ingredients together in a teapot and pour into a serving glass.

Ultra Grapefruit

Ingredients:

4 cl Nicolaus Vodka Ultra Smooth
2 cl honey
10 cl white grapefruit juice
10 cl soda

Garnish:

mint, orange or grapefruit peel

Method of preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a serving glass, top with ice and stir gently.

Liptovský hot drink honey – ginger

Ingredients:

5 tsp Nicolaus Vodka Ultra Smooth
2 tsp honey
1 tsp ginger syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
lemon, ginger
hot water

Garnish:

ginger, orange peel

Method of preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a glass and cover with hot water.
